Who This Is For

Embodied Intelligence is for adults who sense there is more to healing than coping or insight alone. This work is especially for those who:

  • Are highly capable, carry responsibility for others and struggle with anxiety, grief, or overwhelm
  • Have learned to function well on the outside while feeling disconnected, overextended, or self-critical on the inside
  • Are in a season of transition — loss, relational strain, vocational change, spiritual questioning — and want support that honors both psychology and soul
  • Long for deeper belonging and are willing to move beyond performance into honest, embodied presence
  • Want growth that is lived in the body and practiced in relationship, not just understood intellectually

Many who come here are professionals, caregivers, therapists, leaders, activists, and spiritually curious individuals who carry responsibility for others and for the wider world; and are ready to slow down, metabolize what they have been holding, and live with greater presence and integrity.

My work integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, contemplative wisdom, and experiential practice so that growth is not only understood cognitively but lived somatically and relationally.

Here you will find:

  • Practices that strengthen emotional regulation
  • Tools that cultivate relational clarity
  • Spaces for grief, integration, and renewal
  • A community that values depth over performance

Albert Einstein wrote,

"The consciousness that got us into these problems is not the consciousness that will solve the problems."

This work is about expanding consciousness through embodied awareness.

To come home to yourself. To meet life with steadiness and courage.
To engage with greater clarity and freedom.

I'd love to hear from you.
